Frequently Asked Questions

A proxy is an intermediary server that forwards your connection to a destination. The destination generally sees the proxy address as the source IP. To connect, enter the supplied server, port and authentication details in your application.
IPv4 is a widely used addressing format. IPv6 plans offer lower unit costs for bulk rentals, but the destination must support IPv6 connections. Check your target application for compatibility before choosing a plan.
HTTP proxies forward web requests and can connect to HTTPS destinations through CONNECT. SOCKS5 can carry traffic from other applications. Supported features depend on server configuration. Choose the protocol when renting; the dashboard does not currently change the protocol of an existing proxy. Our servers allow TCP destination ports 80 and 443. HTTPS CONNECT does not mean the connection between your client and the proxy is TLS-encrypted.
With sufficient balance and available server capacity, your order enters the setup queue. Track it on My Proxies; credentials appear when the server confirms setup. No capacity means no charge. Failed setup is refunded after cleanup on the server is confirmed.
You can use proxies with browsers, automation tools and API clients that support proxy configuration. Check protocol compatibility in your application settings. The dashboard can export IP:Port:Username:Password or Username:Password@IP:Port connection formats.
Expired proxy connections are disabled by the scheduled expiry process. You can extend an active proxy before it expires, with the fee deducted from your balance. Expired proxies must be rented again and the same IP address is not guaranteed. Managed servers also enforce expiry locally, so a proxy stops at the end of its term even if the site is unreachable. A renewal completes after server confirmation.
Concurrent connection capacity depends on the plan and proxy server configuration. If you need many devices or high traffic volumes, discuss your requirements with support before renting.
Actual speed depends on your internet connection, proxy server load, destination capacity and network distance. If you require a specific throughput or latency, confirm plan suitability with support.
Contact support for bank account details. After transferring funds, submit the amount and sender information on the Balance page. Funds are credited after an administrator verifies the payment. Notification amounts can range from TRY 10 to 50,000. Card, Papara and crypto payments are not currently enabled. You can select USD, EUR or TRY. Check the displayed TRY bank-transfer amount before paying; balances are held in TRY and displayed using the ECB reference rate.
One-click IP rotation is not yet available. Mobile IP changes depend on the carrier and modem connection in our own infrastructure; contact support before renting. Deleting a proxy does not automatically refund unused rental time.
Contact us by email or WhatsApp from the Contact page and include your order number. Describe the connection error and the application you use; do not post your password publicly. See the Terms of Service for refund conditions.
