Rights in the content
Original text, designs, logos, images and software created for Proxyler are protected, where the requirements for protection are met, by Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and other applicable law. Rights belong to the relevant author or rights holder. Access to this site does not transfer those rights.
Third-party software, fonts, icons, trademarks and linked content remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences. This notice does not restrict permissions granted by open-source licences.
Links, quotations and reuse
You may link to our pages with accurate attribution and without implying an endorsement or partnership that does not exist. Permission to link is not permission to reproduce entire pages or use our branding to market your own services.
Statutory exceptions, including permitted quotations, remain available. Quotations under Article 35 of Law No. 5846 must satisfy the applicable purpose, scope and attribution requirements. Giving credit alone does not make every reproduction or commercial use lawful.
Reproduction, republication, distribution, adaptation or commercial use beyond an applicable exception or licence requires the relevant rights holder’s permission. For Proxyler content, send the page URL and your proposed use to mail@proxyler.com.
Reporting an alleged infringement
If site content or use of our service infringes your rights, email mail@proxyler.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- Your name or the rights holder’s name and a contact email.
- A description of the work and, where available, a link to the original; explain your authority if acting for someone else.
- The exact page URL, or sufficient service details such as IP, port, date and time to identify the incident.
- Why you believe there is an infringement, the action requested and any supporting evidence available.
A notarised document or copyright registration is not a prerequisite for an initial report. Proportionate further information may be requested to verify the claim. Do not send identity documents, passwords or unrelated personal data.
Review process
Reports are reviewed against the content, ownership, licences and statutory exceptions involved. Depending on the findings, content may be corrected or removed, or appropriate service restrictions applied. A report alone does not establish infringement; an explanation from the other party may be sought.
Personal information in a report is processed only as necessary for review, communication and legal obligations. You retain access to courts and competent authorities. This process does not suspend or extend statutory deadlines.
