Scope and contact
Proxyler is the brand of the service offered through proxyler.com. This notice covers visitors, account holders and people contacting support. Privacy and personal-data enquiries can be sent to mail@proxyler.com.
Reading this notice or using the site does not constitute consent to marketing or unrestricted processing. A separate activity requiring consent must be presented with its specific purpose and conditions.
Data, purposes and legal grounds
Information is collected electronically through registration, profile, order, payment-notification and support forms, email correspondence and technical records generated during site use. Under Article 5 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the following grounds apply according to the activity:
- Account and service: Name, email, one-way password hash, optional phone number, account and login details are used to create and authenticate the account and provide the service, for contract formation or performance (Article 5/2-c).
- Orders and payments: Package, quantity, duration, connection identifiers, balance entries, payment amounts, references and payment notes are used to fulfil orders; contract performance applies, with legal obligation (Article 5/2-ç) for applicable accounting and statutory records. The current bank-transfer notification form does not request card numbers or CVV.
- Support and rights requests: Subjects, messages, replies and relevant transaction records are used for contractual support, establishing, exercising or protecting rights (Article 5/2-e), and legal obligations where a response is required by law.
- Security: IP address, session and access information, login attempts, timestamps and administrative audit records help prevent unauthorised access and abuse. The ground is legitimate interests where necessary without harming fundamental rights (Article 5/2-f), and protection of rights for specific legal claims.
- Preferences: Your currency and light/dark theme choices maintain your requested display preferences on the basis of legitimate interests subject to your rights. They are not used to build advertising profiles.
Without necessary information, account creation, payment reconciliation or support may not be possible. Do not put passwords, card details, health information or unrelated third-party data in support or payment notes.
Recipients and international connections
Authorised administrators access account, order, payment and support records as their duties require. Hosting and server operators may receive data to provide infrastructure; your bank processes payment and reconciliation data; competent authorities and legal advisers may receive information required by a valid obligation or the protection of rights. Personal data is not sold for advertising.
Administrator alerts use the Telegram Bot API. Depending on enabled events, alerts may contain a new member’s name and email; account/transaction numbers, amounts, status and packages for payments and orders; and account numbers and subject lines for support requests. Full support messages and account passwords are not included. Telegram may process data outside Türkiye.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and interface files from jsDelivr. These connections disclose your IP address and technical browser information to those providers, whose infrastructure may be abroad. Opening a WhatsApp link makes that communication subject to the provider’s own terms.
Proxy connections require connection and destination information to be processed by the relevant network/server infrastructure. Destination sites see the proxy exit IP and information you send them. The service does not guarantee absolute anonymity or an absence of records at every network layer.
International transfers require the separate conditions of KVKK Article 9 to be met. This notice or general account acceptance cannot replace an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguard or applicable exception. You can request information about recipients and transfer safeguards at mail@proxyler.com.
Cookies and browser storage
The current site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. It uses the following session and preference records:
- PHPSESSID: First-party session cookie for secure sessions and request verification. It lasts for the browser session, subject to the browser’s session-restoration settings. Account login expires after 1 hour of inactivity or at most 12 hours.
- currency: First-party cookie created when you select a currency, retained for up to 1 year.
- px-theme: The light/dark choice in localStorage. It has no automatic expiry and is removed when you clear that site data.
- px-request-* : sessionStorage entries prevent accidental duplicate submissions. They may retain a request key and comparison data from form values, including support subjects/messages or payment notes, for the tab session. The relevant entry is removed after a successful operation.
You can clear cookies and storage through your browser settings. Blocking session cookies can prevent login and ordering. Clearing preference records resets the chosen theme or currency.
Retention, deletion and security
Retention of account, order, payment and support records must be limited by the service relationship, applicable statutory retention duties and records necessary for disputes. Closing an account does not immediately erase records that must legally be retained. If a deletion request involves such records, their scope and the reason for retaining them are explained; data whose processing grounds have ended is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Scheduled backups are cleaned on a 14-day cycle after a successful new backup. This does not mean all live records or manual archives are erased at that point. Completed or cancelled local Telegram notification records are cleaned once they are more than 30 days old; retention of messages within Telegram is separate.
HTTPS for the site, password hashing, restricted access and protected backups are used. No system can guarantee absolute security. A proxy protocol does not by itself encrypt all traffic; use suitable secure protocols such as HTTPS for destination connections.
Your personal-data rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you may ask whether your data is processed, for what purposes, whether it is used accordingly and who receives it domestically or abroad. You may request correction, deletion/destruction where the conditions apply, and notification of those actions to recipients. You may also object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Mandatory rights under other applicable laws are not restricted by this notice.
Making a request and response times
Email mail@proxyler.com from the address registered in your account, using “Personal data request” as the subject. Other statutory submission methods remain available. Include your name, request, address for service and available reply email/phone; the Turkish application communiqué requires a Turkish identity number for citizens, or nationality and passport/identity number for foreign nationals. Written submissions require a signature. Do not send a full identity-document copy unsolicited; any necessary verification should be secure and proportionate.
Requests are resolved as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If additional costs arise, only charges permitted by the Board’s tariff may apply. A rejection must include reasons. You retain statutory remedies, including a complaint to the Turkish data protection authority where a reply is inadequate, refused or overdue.
This notice is updated when purposes or recipients change. Where further information or consent is required, changing the page date alone is insufficient.
